woke up way early, watched ‘beginners’ and am mad that the trailer for the movie made it look conventional when it actually was weird, bounced through time and had three amazing performances at its center to make it one of my favorite films of 2012.

In retrospect, I was almost mad when the lockout ended because it almost made Stern look ok in the eyes of the public for fixing the mess. But then, the Chris Paul to the Lakers thing happened and I’m right back where I was before: Told You So World.
